Rawda Bshara Atallah 2020/2021 Scholarship Program Application Announcement


The Arab Culture Association announces it is accepting applications to the Rawda Bshara Atallah scholarship program for the 2020/2021 school year, starting from September 10th till October 10th 2020.


The scholarship program is named after Dr. Rawda Bshara Atallah, which was launched in 2007 and sponsored by the Galilee Foundation. It aims to encourage higher education in the Palestinian Community in the 48 territories and build a cultured and professional academic vanguard characterized by a spirit of belonging and giving back to the community.



The scholarship is dedicated to undergrad Palestinian students living in Israel, studying in Israeli and Palestinian academic institutions, specifically first and second-year B.A. students, or first-year engineering students. In addition, the scholarship is dedicated to excelling students, financial aid worthy, and students with strong leadership and volunteering spirits.


The program is accepting applications for the 2020/2021 school year to 75 new students who meet the following conditions:




  • The current school year 2020/2021 is their first or second academic year for students applying to the B.A. scholarship, or first-year engineering students.

  • Having a high school degree (Bagrot) with an average above 80 without any bonus for B.A. applicants, and an average above 75 without any bonus for engineering students.

  • Receiving a score of at least 550 in the Psychometric test for first-year students, no Psychometric test required for students attending Palestinian universities or engineering degrees.

  • Receiving an average of 75 at least for second-year B.A. applicants.
